The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) is hereby soliciting a Request for Qualifications/Proposals (“RFQ/P”) from qualified development firms or proponents for the purpose of entering a multi-year contract for the leasing, demolition, design and construction of a 3-star hotel or better on approximately 1.9163 acres of land located at 70-T and 70-U Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Responses must be submitted electronically through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net, by no later than 4:00 p.m. AST, Tuesday, November 15, 2022.
A non-mandatory pre-submittal meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 4, 2022, at 10:00 am (AST) in the Conference Room of the Virgin Islands Port Authority Office located at the Administration Building, 8074 Estate Lindbergh Bay, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. A tour of the hotel site will be conducted immediately following the Pre-Submittal Meeting.
The Authority reserves the right to impose additional or alternative selection criteria, as it deems necessary.
