The Virgin Islands Port Authority will be accepting bids for a used 2004 Cummins 900 kW Diesel Generator.
Each bid must be submitted individually on an official bid form and emailed to [email protected] , by no later than 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 18, 2021.
Official bid forms are available online at www.viport.com. Late or faxed bids will not be considered. The Generator will be sold as is and no warranties shall be given. The Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to waive any informality or to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Authority.
The generator will be available for inspection on Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. Bidders may RSVP their attendance by emailing [email protected].
Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read on Thursday, February 18, 2021 via webcast. The high bidder must be prepared to close within forty-eight (48) hours following notification of the Authority’s bid acceptance.
