Banco Popular has announced a temporary closure of its Orange Grove branch from September 2 through September 12, 2025, as part of a facility improvement initiative aimed at enhancing customer service.

During the ten-day closure, banking operations typically handled at Orange Grove will be redirected to Banco Popular’s Sunny Isle and Sunshine branches. Customers in need of assistance are encouraged to visit either of those two locations for all in-branch services.

Earlier transitions will begin on August 18, 2025, when the Mortgage, Commercial, and Administrative Offices currently located at Orange Grove will be temporarily moved to the Sunny Isle Branch, the bank said in its statement issued today.

Banco Popular is advising customers to plan accordingly and utilize alternative branch locations as needed. Up-to-date information about all Popular branches in St. Croix can be found at https://www.popular.vi/locator/.

The bank did not provide details about the nature of the facility improvements but underscored that the upgrades are part of efforts to better serve customers across the territory.
