Police Investigating Disappearance of Two 19-Year-Olds on St. Croix; Public Help Requested

Dion Ahmil Williams, 19, was last seen in La Grange, while Naleem Jerimiah Browne, 19, disappeared from Queen Street, Frederiksted. VIPD urges anyone with information to come forward

The V.I. Police Department on Sunday issued missing person reports for two young men from St. Croix, urging the community to assist in locating them. 

Dion Ahmil Williams

According to the VIPD, Dion Ahmil Williams, a 19-year-old male, was last seen at approximately 4:00 p.m. on August 23 at his residence in La Grange. Dion, who is also known by the alias "Ahmillion," is described as 6’5” tall, weighing 175 pounds, with black and brown dreadlocks, light skin, and black eyes.

He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with pink Nike shorts. The VIPD has noted that he frequently visits Frederiksted Town, The Fred Hotel, and Cibone Restaurant. If anyone has information regarding Dion's whereabouts, they are urged to contact Officer T. Cox at the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station at 340-778-2211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477), or 911. 

Naleem Jerimiah Browne

Naleem Jerimiah Browne, also 19 years old, was last seen earlier that day (August 23), at around 8:40 a.m., at his home on Queen Street in Frederiksted Town. Naleem, who has a slim build, stands at 5’6” and weighs 125 pounds. He has black and brown dreadlocks, light skin, and brown eyes. Naleem has several tattoos, including a heart under his right eye and others on his left hand, neck, and near his right eye.

At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a gray jacket, black and white Adidas pants, and a black stocking cap. His mother received his last text message at 4:06 p.m. that day. Anyone with information about Naleem’s location is asked to contact Officer T. Cox at the Wilbur Francis Command Police Station at 340-778-2211, the 911 Emergency Call Center at 340-772-9111, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).

The VIPD said it is actively investigating both cases and is appealing to the public for any information that could assist in finding these individuals.
