The Virgin Islands Port Authority invites the submission of electronic bids from qualified certified licensed Contractors to provide service and maintenance to its generators in the St. Thomas/St. John District. Proposals will be received electronically by the Authority until August 4, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.
The successful proponent will be required to furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, and equipment required to provide preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repairs as requested. The services under this Contract will be for a period of one year with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods. All services performed will be to ensure that the Authority’s generators are operating efficiently and effectively according to the manufacturer’s standards.
The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards for this request and/or to reject any or all bids.
