The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of proposals to provide Grass Cutting and Roadside Cleaning Services at the Virgin Islands Port Authority District of St. Thomas. Proposals must be submitted by no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 12, 2022 through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.
The successful proponent will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment necessary and incidental to grass cutting and roadside cleaning services at the areas specified within the scope of work. The services under this Contract will be for a period of one year. The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards for this requirement and/or to reject any or all bids.
