The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of e-proposals from experienced and qualified firms (collectively “Respondents” or individually, a “Respondent”) to provide environmental consulting services and field services on an as-needed basis in further support of the Authority’s Marine Capital Improvement Projects (“CIP”). The Authority intends to enter into a two (2) year Contract with an consulting firm with an option to renew for an additional two (2) one-year term.
The Contract with the selected Consultant will consist of task orders prepared and issued by the Authority. Each Task order will define the exact scope of work and services needed for a project. The selected consultant will provide a cost proposal and schedule for each task order issued. The proposal for each task order will identify the deliverables to be provided by the selected consultant and any work proposed to be performed by the Authority.

A Pre-proposal conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. AST on Wednesday, January 5, 2022 via the posted link. Proposals are due by no later than Monday, January 24, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. AST.
