The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of bids from a licensed contractors to provide On-Call Fencing Services at the Virgin Islands Port Authority District of St. Thomas/St. John. Bids must be submitted by no later than 2:00 p.m. on July 8, 2022 through the Authority’s electronic procurement system at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.
The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment necessary and incidental to the installation of perimeter fencing and make emergency repairs to any fencing that may become damaged to prevent any security breach. The services under this Contract will be for one year, with two (2) one (1) year extension at the discretion of the Authority.
Services may be required on a twenty-four hour “on-call” basis and as required. These services will be under the direction of VIPA’s Maintenance Manager. The Authority reserves the right to make multiple awards for this requirement and/or to reject any or all bids.
