The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of e-bids from experienced and qualified firms (collectively “Respondents” or individually, a “Respondent”) for the furnishing of all labor, materials, services and equipment for the cleaning of the HVAC System at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport in St. St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, January 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM (AST) at the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport Conference Room with a site visit immediately following.
Bids are due by no later than Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. AST at which time the bids will be opened and read.
