Lieutenant Governor Tregenza Roach on Friday announced that the 2024 Property Tax Bills have been issued to all property owners of record as of January 1, 2024.
These bills are due by June 30, 2024, and will be classified as delinquent if not paid by August 30, 2024. Property owners are encouraged to bring their tax bill or parcel identification number when paying in person to reduce wait times.
Payments for the 2024 Property Tax Bills can be made online at the Office of the Lieutenant Governor’s website, propertytax.vi.gov. However, those needing payment plans must arrange these through the Office of the Tax Collector.
The 2024 tax bill also includes information on unpaid taxes from previous years. Property owners with outstanding taxes are urged to contact the Office of the Tax Collector to arrange payment plans.

Inquiries regarding Waste Management user fees should be directed to the Waste Management Authority offices at (340) 715-9100 for St. Thomas/St. John and (340) 712-4962 for St. Croix.
