Tonight, a mother whose child was taken from her at the tender age of 5 months, opens up about the ordeal that ended with the death of her child in May while living at Lutheran Services' Queen Louise Home for Children.
The mother spent two years fighting to regain custody of her child, contending that the Dept. of Human Services had no basis to take the course of action the department took.
