The University of the Virgin Islands said today that its Creativity Lab will present a series of events taking place virtually and in person featuring keynote speaker Lt. Gov. Tregenza Roach, students and UVI faculty.
Events start on April 19 and runs through April 23. Among other events, the university highlighted hackathons and a Chindogu contest. The activities will mark the Creativity Lab's second Innovation and Creativity week in two years, and includes the following schedule:
Tuesday April 19 – Roundtable discussion – ‘‘UVI At Work/Creativity on Campus’’

‘’World Creativity & Innovation Week is a worldwide community dedicated to celebrating all forms of creativity. We seek to inspire and enable others to live a more creative life," UVI said.
The institution said the Creativity Lab is designed to foster a culture of creativity both at UVI and in the wider community of the USVI. "We deliver services that introduce, encourage, and enhance creative techniques and thinking in the workplace," stated the release.
