FirstBank to Reopen Frederiksted Branch Beginning Monday

FirstBank has announced an adjusted branch schedule in the St. Croix market. Effective Monday, April 13, the Frederiksted branch will reopen and observe hours of 8:30am-1pm, Monday through Friday.  

The bank has informed customers that in the St. Croix network of bank branches, three locations are open: the Sunny Isle, Frederiksted  and Orange Grove branches, which are observing operational hours of 8:30am-1pm, Monday -Friday.  

The King Street branch is currently closed; however, ATMs remain operational, the bank said.

In the St. Thomas- St. John network, four locations are open.  The Waterfront, Port of Sale and FirstBank Plaza branches are observing operational hours of 8:30am-1pm, Monday - Friday. The Marketplace St. John location is observing operational hours of 9am-1:30pm. The Crown Bay and East End Plaza locations are currently  closed; however, ATMs remain operational, Firstbank said.

The bank said no Saturday hours will be observed at this time.  Drive thru services are operational and FirstBank maintains full lobby access while enforcing the social distancing rules as recommended by the Center for Disease and Prevention. 

Clients are reminded of the wide array of digital service channels available that provide the ability to manage finances and banking transactions from anywhere without the need to visit the Bank.
