In an effort to ensure transparency and fairness, a pre-bid conference will take place on May 25, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. The conference will be held at USVIEDA’s conference room in Building #2, located at the William D. Roebuck Industrial Park, #4 Estate Negro Bay, St. Croix, VI 00820. Following the conference, a walk-through of the project area will be conducted.

Potential bidders are advised that this project will require the provision of Performance and Payment Bonds.

Mark Finch, Director of the Physical Plant at USVIEDA, will be accepting queries regarding the project until June 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. All questions must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

Bids will be accepted until June 21, 2023, at 4:00 p.m. They must be submitted to the USVIEDA’s St. Croix Office at 116 King Street, Frederiksted St. Croix, VI 0040.
