The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs is informing the public that the DLCA office located at Property & Procurement Building, 8201 Sub Base, Suite 1 St. Thomas will remain closed until further notice.
However, the cashier is available for persons to make payments Monday through Friday between the hours of 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. The cashier is temporarily located on the 3rd floor of the of the Property & Procurement Building.
For all other business, persons may contact the St. Croix office at 340.713.3522 or the St. John office 340.693.8036 to obtain assistance. You may also use our online website to apply for a new/renewal business license or file a consumer complaint at www.dlca.vi.gov.
