The V.I. Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs has published the latest findings from its territory-wide self-service fuel price survey conducted during the week of February 9.
The survey provides transparency on fuel pricing across the U.S. Virgin Islands, helping consumers identify the most affordable fuel options.
The report includes both wholesale rack rates from SOL Petroleum and retail fuel prices across St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John.

DLCA reminds all fuel station owners that, under 12A V.I.C. § 202, it is unlawful to sell fuel without publicly displaying the minimum octane rating, retail price per gallon, and applicable taxes for each blend of motor fuel.
Additionally, under 12A V.I.C. § 207, all gas stations must provide a functioning air hose for public use during normal business hours. Non-compliance could result in a fine of up to $100 per offense.
