The National Park Service has announced that the Buck Island Reef National Monument on St. Croix is immediately expanding its hours of visitation and public use. The expanded hours became effective on Thursday, January 27.
The Buck Island Reef is open from 7:00 a.m. and closes by 5:00 p.m. daily to all boaters, NPS said.
NPS encouraged people who visit Buck Island Reef National Monument during this pandemic to continue to adhere to guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and local public health authorities to protect visitors and employees.
