BMV Reopens St. Croix Office Thursday After Temporary Closure

ST. CROIX — The V.I. Bureau of Motor Vehicle has announced that its offices on St. Croix will reopen to the public on Thursday, July 29 at 8:00 a.m.

“Persons who had appointments were rescheduled either via text message, or a phone call if you do not have a cell phone listed with the BMV. Customers are encouraged to renew their registrations online and schedule appointments online by visiting the BMV website at bmv.vi.gov," said BMV Director Barbara Jackson-McIntosh.

BMV said persons doing business at any of the BMV offices are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. "The cooperation of the public is essential to ensure that we all stay as safe as possible," BMV said.

The bureau apologized for any inconvenience that the temporary closure may have caused.
