Arson That Burned Five Vehicles at Crown Bay Marina Under Investigation as VIPA Police Seek Persons of Interest

The Virgin Islands Port Authority Police Department has released BOLO (be on the lookout) flyers for two men identified as persons of interest in a March 23 arson incident at Crown Bay Marina that left five vehicles burned and caused property damage.

The V.I. Port Authority Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two persons of interest connected to an arson incident at Crown Bay Marina in St. Thomas that resulted in five vehicles being burned and additional property damage.

According to information released by VIPA, the arson/incendiarism incident occurred on Monday, March 23, 2026, at Crown Bay Marina. VIPA Police said investigators are seeking help from the community in identifying the individuals shown in the flyers as the investigation remains active.

The first individual is described as a light-skinned male identified as “Frenchie,” approximately 6 feet tall, weighing between 140 and 145 pounds, with brown eyes. Authorities said the individual is considered a person of interest in connection with the arson investigation.

The second individual is described as a dark-skinned Black male, also approximately 6 feet tall and weighing between 140 and 145 pounds, with brown eyes. VIPA Police said he is likewise considered a person of interest in the incident.

Authorities said a reward is being offered for information leading to the identification and arrest of the individuals connected to the case.
