The V.I. Carnival Committee (St. Thomas Carnival Committee) is once again requesting that all troupes and bands planning to participate in the V.I. Carnival 2017 J’ouvert, attend a meeting at the Carnival Committee’s office on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
