The Department of Education has announced that all public elementary schools on St. Croix will be dismissed early on Tuesday, while secondary schools will be dismissed early on Thursday.
St. Thomas public schools will remain open, according to D.O.E. Schools will be closed territory-wide on Friday, as the USVI commemorates the Transfer Centennial.
