Virgin Islands businesses that qualify as Eligible Virgin Islands Suppliers, as defined by the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC) Rules and Regulations, but are not currently included on the VIEDC's list of eligible suppliers, are encouraged to apply for certification through the Chief Executive Officer of the VIEDC.
