Update: Sat. Oct. 7, 9:10 a.m. -- Based on new information provided by the Postal Service, for today, Saturday Oct. 7, the Kingshill and Christiansted Post Offices -- the two main branches -- will open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The other post offices, including Downtown Christiansted, Gallows Bay and Sunny Isle, open from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
On Monday, which is a holiday in the territory, all post offices open from 12 noon to 3:00 p.m. Carriers will also be offering parcel delivery only on Monday.

In addition, 90 post offices in the Caribbean are providing retail services (stamps, packages, money orders). Due to limited connectivity and occasional power issues across the Caribbean, scanning services are intermittent. The Postal Service apologized for any inconvenience as it works with existing infrastructures to provide additional scans as possible.
