ST. THOMAS -- Acting Education Commissioner Dionne Wells-Hedrington announced on Wednesday that schools in the St. Thomas – St.John District will have an early dismissal of students on Thursday to allow teachers to attend professional development workshops.
The following schools will release their students three hours before their normal ending time:
Jane E. Tuitt Primary School Joseph Gomez Elementary School Joseph Sibilly Elementary School Julius E. Sprauve School Leonard Dober Elementary School Lockhart Elementary School Yvonne E. Milliner Bowsky Elementary School Addelita Cancryn Junior High School Bertha C. Boschulte Middle School Ivanna Eudora Kean High School
Charlotte Amalie High School and Ulla F. Muller Elementary School will not have an early dismissal, the Department of Education said.
