=A woman who was missing since Sunday night following a deadly boat accident on the west end of Tortola was found dead Tuesday, BVI authorities have made known.

Officers with the Royal Virgin Islands Police Force (RVIPF) announced that the woman's body was found “close to where the boat sank between Little Thatch and Frenchman’s Cay."

How the accident occurred is still being investigated by the RVIPF, authorities said. However, preliminary details indicate that at about 7:00 p.m. Sunday, the vessel lost control and overturned near Little Thatch while crossing waters between Jost Van Dyke and West End. As the vessel overturned, the ten occupants — including the deceased 6-year-old girl found Sunday, and the adult female found today — were ejected. Several of the vessel's passengers sustained multiple injuries, including a broken arm, broken/fractured ribs, and a dislocated collar bone, according to information authorities provided.

The adult female victim has been identified as 33-year-old Kristal Black.
