Ella Gaspard's Resilience Shines as Governor Bryan Declares Rett Syndrome Awareness Month

Governor Albert Bryan Jr. has officially designated October as "Rett Syndrome Awareness Month, issuing a proclamation that underscores the significance of awareness for this rare neurological disorder. The governor also took the opportunity to commend Ella’s Hope Inc., a local nonprofit committed to elevating awareness of Rett Syndrome both within the territory and globally, as well as to funding research aimed at finding a cure.
