Judge Jessica Gallivan Confirmed for Second Term as Family Court Judge for St. Croix

Family Court Judge Jessica Gallivan has been officially confirmed to serve a second six-year term in the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, District of St. Croix. The confirmation by the 36th Legislature follows her renomination by Governor Albert Bryan Jr., who says Gallivan has "consistently demonstrated the wisdom, compassion, and fairness that our judicial system demands." The confirmation, announced on June 4 by Presiding Judge Debra S. Watlington, renews Judge Gallivan’s post in a role she first assumed in 2019, when she was confirmed by the 33rd Legislature.
