EPA and DPNR to Host Cistern Maintenance Workshops in the USVI

The Environmental Protection Agency and the V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources are teaming up to host a series of workshops focusing on the maintenance of cisterns in the Virgin Islands. Open to the public, the workshops aim to educate residents on how to properly clean, protect, and maintain their cisterns, while addressing the unique water concerns of the territory. The events will include both in-person and virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for all residents: St. Croix Workshop: February 18, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the UVI NWW Building, Great Hall. St. Thomas Workshop: February 20, 2025, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Virgin Islands DPNR Office Conference Room (Tutu Park Mall, Suite 300, 2nd Floor).
