Annual Open Enrollment for GVI Employees and Retirees; Territorial Nurses Online Application Announced

The Division of Personnel has announced that the Annual Open Enrollment period for active government employees and retirees will commence on Monday, August 14 and conclude on Friday, September 15, 2023. Elsewhere, the Virgin Islands Board of Nurse Licensure (VIBNL) has initiated its new online nurse portal and is now accepting 2023-2025 renewal applications for all Registered Nurses (RN) and Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN). Open Enrollment During the open enrollment period, all active GVI employees and retirees have the opportunity to enroll, make changes to their health plan, life insurance, and/or update their beneficiaries. The Division of Personnel will host several Open Enrollment sessions, both in-person and virtually, in collaboration with partnering healthcare providers to ensure that both employees and retirees are fully informed about their entitled benefits.
