2026 General Election Ballot Order Set Across Governor, Delegate, Senate and Board Races

The Elections System of the Virgin Islands has completed its casting of lots for the November 3 general election, establishing ballot positions across the governor and lieutenant governor, Delegate to Congress, Senate, Board of Education and Board of Elections contests in both electoral districts. Supervisor of Elections Caroline Fawkes announced the results Tuesday and said all candidates included in the drawing had cleared the Elections System’s qualification process. “All Candidates were vetted and approved to be on the General Election Ballot,” she stated. In the governor-lieutenant governor race, independent candidates Adlah “Foncie” Donastorg and Positive Nelson drew the No. 1 position. Warren Mosler and Colin Robertson, also running as independents, drew No. 2, while Democratic nominees Stacey E. Plaskett and Milton E. Potter will appear at No. 3.
