USDA and CFVI Launch $1.5M Grant Initiative to Strengthen Virgin Islands' Food Supply Chain

The U.S. Department of Agriculture has partnered with the Community Foundation of the Virgin Islands (CFVI) to offer over $1.5 million in competitive grants aimed at enhancing the territory's food supply chain. The initiative, part of the Resilient Food Systems Infrastructure Program (RFSI), seeks to bolster local and regional food systems by improving food safety, providing training opportunities, and modernizing processing and manufacturing equipment.
