Cape Air on Wednesday announced the resumption of daily flights between St. Thomas and Anguilla, starting November 1. The airline will offer year-round service, representing a notable expansion of its operations. The daily flights will operate between Cyril E. King International Airport in St. Thomas and Clayton J.
