USVI Partners with LPGA as Official Caribbean Destination for FM Championship

The U.S. Virgin Islands has been named the official Caribbean Tourism Destination of the inaugural LPGA Tour’s FM Championship, which will kick off at TPC Boston on August 29. Part of the multi-year partnership involves the branding of the U.S. Virgin Island Champions Club on TPC Boston’s 16th green. “It is an exciting time for the U.S. Virgin Islands, as we expand our sports partnerships portfolio and collaborate with LPGA,” said Tourism Commissioner Joseph Boschulte. “Our territory’s long standing connection to the golf world makes this an easy collaboration as we continue to bridge the gap for tourists to explore and engage in golfing opportunities throughout the USVI territory.” ‌The U.S. Virgin Islands Champions Club affords ticket holders spectacular views of the green, and access to amenities including island-themed cocktails.
