ST. CROIX — V.I.P.D. officers on Tuesday at 11:31 a.m. arrested Christopher A. Riley, Jr., age 27 of Bethlehem Village, on a warrant issued by the Superior Court charging him with possession of ammunition, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Toby Derima has announced.
Detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau and officers of the Special Operations Bureau executed a search warrant on a residence in Estate Castle Coakley on May 29, according to the news release. During the execution of the search warrant, officers found a bag with several rounds of ammunition and documents that belong to Riley.
Unable to make bail of $15,000, Riley was turned over to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advisement hearing.
