The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of electronic bids for the furnishing of all labor, material, services and equipment for the Top Slab Culvert Replacement at the Sandfill Service Road located near MSI Building Supply, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands. Responses will be received by the Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA” or the “Authority”) through its electronic procurement site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net until 2:00PM, Thursday, October 27, 2022.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, October 11, 2022, at 10:00 am at the Sandfill Service Road at MSI, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.
The complete invitation to bid will be available through the Authority’s e-bid site at https://viportbids.ionwave.net.
No Proposal may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of Proposals for a period of ninety (90) days. The Virgin Islands Port Authority reserves the rights to waive any informalities in or reject any and all Proposals, or to re-advertise for Proposals.
Contractor must be qualified and licensed in the area or state in which he/she has their main place of business in order to place a bid or to be awarded a contract for this project. The same condition applies to sub-contractors. Prior to execution of the contract, the Contractor and sub-contractors must be licensed to conduct business in the U. S. Virgin Islands.
