St. Croix Educational Complex Cheerleaders Seek Community Support for World High School Cheerleading Competition

The St. Croix Educational Complex Cheerleading Team is gearing up for a major milestone as they prepare to represent St. Croix and the U.S. Virgin Islands at the World High School Cheerleading Competition in Orlando, Florida. Scheduled to take place from February 7-9, 2025, this marks the team’s second appearance at the event. This year, the team, consisting of 32 athletes, will be competing in the Super Varsity Non-tumbling Division. Months of rigorous training have honed their skills, demonstrating their commitment to the sport and to representing their community on the global stage. Call for Community Support The team is reaching out to the local community for assistance to help fund their journey. With only five days remaining in their current fundraiser, they are inviting individuals to contribute by donating or purchasing a custom T-shirt or hoodie.
