What you can post

Homes and rooms for rent, property and land for sale, vehicles and boats, job openings, everyday items and local services. Each listing is for one offer. Choose the category that best describes it and include accurate details and photos you have permission to use.

$25 for 30 days

The listing fee is $25 USD. Your 30 days begin when VIC approves your listing. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. The fee covers advertising the offer; it does not collect payment for the property, item or service. Homepage and Edge appearances rotate among eligible listings, with no guaranteed number of impressions, responses or sales.

Review, changes and refunds

Listings are reviewed before publication. VIC may request corrections, reject a submission, or remove misleading, unsafe or inappropriate content. Editing an approved listing returns it for review; the original end date remains. You can pause a listing or mark it sold, rented or filled at any time. To ask about a rejected listing or a refund, contact VIC and include your listing number. Refunds are reviewed by VIC and processed through the original payment provider.

Keep it accurate and fair

Only advertise something you are authorized to offer. Do not post scams, illegal goods or services, weapons, controlled substances, adult services, discriminatory housing or employment offers, or someone else’s private information. Do not use copyrighted photos without permission. Describe conditions, price units and availability clearly. Licenses and other requirements remain the advertiser’s responsibility.

Connecting with people

Inquiries arrive in your Marketplace inbox. The sender shares their name, email and message so you can reply. Your email is not displayed on your public listing. Your phone number is shown only if you choose to make it public. Check your inbox regularly and mark listings completed when no longer available.

Buying and renting thoughtfully

Verify the details and the person making the offer before committing. View property and goods where practical. Be careful with advance payments and requests for sensitive information. VIC publishes advertisements and does not act as the buyer, seller, landlord, employer or broker.

Your performance report

You can view listing activity, saves, inquiries, phone taps, video engagement and sharing in your listing report. A video watch is counted after two seconds of visible playback. Browser settings can limit measurement.
