It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Patrice Ottley Scarbriel. She passed away peacefully in Florida on March 11, 2025, surrounded by her family. Patrice Ottley-Scarbriel was preceded in death by her father, the late Senator Earle B. Ottley. She is survived by her mother, Alma Bonelli Ottley; children, Jayson Scarbriel and J’nelle Scarbriel-Reddick, son-in-law Ahmard Clemons Reddick, daughter-in-law Anna Wheatley Scarbriel, grandchildren, Jazmin Scarbriel, Jade Scarbriel, Caden Reddick and Ayla Reddick; brother, Earle Lawrence “Larry” Ottley, , Diane Maharaj, Judith Ottley-Payne and Linda Ottley; uncle Arthur Bonelli; aunts Una Blyden and Doris Bonelli, and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
