Senator Alicia Hansen said she was told by families on St. Croix that the Juan F. Luis Hospital, in a change of practice, was forcing family members of the deceased to identify their loved ones outside of the morgue, near dumpsters at the back of the hospital. In the video below, she assails J.F.L. for the occurrence.
