V.I.P.D. Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from Feb. 18-20.

Thursday, February 18, 2016 – Dominque Elizabeth, 68, of Bovoni, was arrested at the Traffic Investigation Bureau and charged with driving under the influence. Mr. Elizabeth failed the standardized field sobriety test with an alcohol level of .141, and was arrested for being involved in an auto collision that took place on Raphune Hill. Unable to make bail of $500, Mr. Elizabeth was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Friday, February 19, 2016 at approximately 8:45 p.m., Tribulcio Cruz, 60, of no fixed address was arrested and charged with grand larceny after he was identified via surveillance as the individual who broke into two vehicles and removed several items. Unable to make bail of $35,000, Mr. Cruz was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Saturday, February 20, 2016 – G’Lique Oliver, 20, of Estate Bovoni, was arrested and charged with simple assault and destruction of property after she was positively identified as the female who assaulted her boyfriend and damaged his vehicle. Ms. Oliver was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
