ST. THOMAS —The VIPD St. Thomas-St. John District is looking for 23-year-old Tarik Babrow, who is wanted in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on March 2 on Veteran’s Drive near the Cancryn Bridge.
Babrow is said to frequent Hospital Ground is believed to be armed and dangerous.
