We celebrate the life of Clemmie C. Moses, a beloved mother, grandmother, educator, advisor, and dedicated community leader. Clemmie served as the St. John Democratic District Chairwoman, St. John AFT Union Representative, and the Chairwoman of the Government of the Virgin Islands Health Insurance Board. Her legacy of leadership, service, and compassion touched many lives across the Virgin Islands.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 10 AM at Franklin A. Powell, Sr. Park (across from the Cruz Bay Ferry Dock).

Her memory will live on through the lives she impacted. As the beautiful tribute reads:

"Those we love don't go away,
They walk beside us every day,
Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed, and very dear."

Clemmie’s warmth, wisdom, and dedication to her community will never be forgotten. She remains forever in our hearts.
