Division of Festivals to Hold Booth Owners and Vendors Meeting Wed.; Committee Chairs and Co-Chairs to Meet Thursday

ST. CROIX — The Department of Tourism’s Division of Festivals is inviting booth owners and vendors to join the Division of Festivals team for a meeting on Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Gertrude’s Restaurant, located in Castle Coakley near Christiansted, St. Croix. 

The objective of the meeting is to update booth owners and vendors on plans for the upcoming 2019/2020 Crucian Christmas Festival, as well as to facilitate the allocation of booth numbers. 

Committee chairs and co-chairs will meet on Thursday at 5:30 p.m. at the Peace Officer Standards and Training office located at #1 Estate Diamond in Frederiksted, across from the Neighborhood Pharmacy. 

The purpose of Thursday’s meeting is to update committee chairpersons on festival plans and to answer questions about the various committees, the department said.
