Virgin Islands need to know and understand their history to apply that knowledge for entrepreneurial benefit. For the recognition of each of the three Islands uniqueness to be sustainable, the people must participate.
The Virgin Islands is a salad bowl of the Caribbean, not a melting pot. Each Caribbean country has an organization in the V.I., and hold activities to recognize their country’s history. They’re clearly identified.
The lack of a quality Virgin Islands history curriculum is enabling the disappearance and demise of the history, values, traditions and culture of Virgin Islanders of the USA, which is the basis of our tourism attraction. We can fix this! “It’s the history s…..”
