ST. THOMAS — After a long and exciting show, S’Ence Watley won the 2019 St. Thomas Carnival Queen Pageant. The show, held on Saturday night at the UVI Sports and Fitness Center, included four contestants and nine categories, with Ms. Watley nabbing five out of the 9 to put her over the top.
