ST. THOMAS — A man was arrested last Thursday for his alleged involvement in a Hospital Ground shooting that occurred on June 27, 2018, V.I.P.D. Public Information Officer Glen Dratte has announced.

The suspect, Aubrey A. Frett, 29, was taken into custody at 4:00 p.m. pursuant to an arrest warrant issued by a Superior Court judge. He was charged with first-degree assault, third-degree assault, unauthorized possession of a firearm, reckless endangerment, and use of a firearm during a crime of violence, according to Mr. Dratte.

Unable to make bail of $200,000, Mr. Frett, seen left in the feature image above, was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advisement hearing.

In a separate incident on St. Croix, police last weekend arrested 26-year-old Briana Norris, above right, for alleged child abuse. Police did provide details on the incident, however.
