Come August 4, Democrats will head to the ballot to vote for the candidates of their choice, including those in the gubernatorial, senatorial, Board of Education and the district and territorial Democratic committee races. The Election System of the Virgin Islands has released a document with everything you need to know for election day, which is Saturday, including the times polls open and close, and the location of the polling places territory-wide. It’s embedded below.

Over the weekend The Consortium visited the Election System’s St. Croix office for a demonstration of how to use the DS200 voting machines. The demonstration lasted a few minutes and was performed by Terrell Alexander, an Election System administrative assistant. The video is above.
