JetBlue, a New York-based carrier, said it worked to evacuate customers and crew members ahead of Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Rescue flights were also conducted in order to evacuate customers and residents in the aftermath of the storm, as well as bring in much needed relief supplies. The company said it will continue to monitor demand in the market and make changes to its capacity as needed.

Jetblue is a leading carrier in Boston, Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood, Los Angeles (Long Beach), Orlando and San Juan, along with his home state of New York. It carries more than 38 million customers a year to 101 cities in the U.S., Caribbean, and Latin America with an average of 1,000 daily flights.
