ST. THOMAS — Fresh off her win at the St. Croix Calypso Monarch in January, Temisha Libert, known in Calypso as Caribbean Queen, won her second straight V.I. Calypso Monarch during Saturday night’s show at the Lionel Roberts Stadium here, making it her fifth straight Calypso Monarch win overall, and further cementing her status as a force to be reckoned with.

We’ll have an interview with Caribbean Queen later today, at which point this story will be updated. In the meantime, here are the competition’s final results:

Best Social Commentary – Nikki Smith
2nd Runner up – General Val (1758 pts)
