St. Thomas Arrests: January 1-3

VIPD Media Specialist Sakeeda Freeman announced the following arrests on St. Thomas from January 1-3.

Friday, January 01, 2016 Alciann Enclewood, 34, of Pile Strade was arrested and charged with simple assault and battery after she was positively identified as the female who struck her boyfriend multiple times about the body and beat him in the face leaving a visible wound in the vicinity of Havensight. Enclewood was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.

Saturday, January 02, 2016 at approximately 1:00 a.m., Akil Nibbs, 28, of Estate Lovenlund and N’kel Morton, 21, of Mariendahl was arrested and charged with possession of intent, after they were found in possession of marijuana and cocaine in the vicinity of Red Hook Plaza.  Bail for Akil Nibbs and N’kel Morton was set at $20,000 each, and unable to make bail, they were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending their advise-of-rights hearing.

Sunday, January 03, 2016Rodrigue Dupuis, 32, of Smith Bay was arrested and charged with third degree assault at 11:25 a.m., after being positively identified by his wife as the individual responsible for assaulting her and damaging her mobile device. Dupuis was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending his advise-of-rights hearing.

Sunday, January 03, 2016Ashley Roseboom, 22, of Jeppes Gade was arrested at the Traffic Bureau and charged with driving under the influence. Roseboom failed the standardized field sobriety test with an alcohol level of .184, and was arrested for being involved in an auto collision that took place in the vicinity of Veterans Drive. Bail for Ashley Rosenboom was set at $500.00 by Order of the Court and unable to post bail, she was remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending her advise-of-rights hearing.
